timely and effficient service. However if one more thing was needed (pwoer sterring fluid) I donīt know why you did not call and ask me whetther to do it so I did not have to make a return trip to Harlingen.

Always great customer service and haven?t had any problems with the work done. I was tired of taking my truck back to mechanics 3 or 4 times for the same problems. I?ve never had to return to Momentum for the same issue twice.

I'm sorry that you feel we misdiagnosed your vehicle. Our Team checked your vehicle and found that the front auxiliary cooling fan was not working. This a very important part of the A/C system as it cools the Freon coming from the compressor. The fan failure causes the system to not operate. That is why we recommended it be changed. The vehicle was to be returned to us to check it further after the weekend, but did not show the following week. I am sure you feel we failed in our repair, but like anything else, we needed to find the root cause of why the compressor takes so long to engage. The invitation still stands. Ask any Qualified A/C technician and they will tell you the same thing we did. The Auxiliary fan has to be functioning for the system to blow cold. Thank You
